Terms of Use (AGB)

Legal terms for the FT/HFT Scorecard application (EU/DE).

1. Scope

By using this software, you agree to these Terms of Use. The application supports shooting sport event management.

2. Service description

The software enables recording, managing and exporting event results, with optional online synchronization.

The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or accuracy.

3. User responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for correct data entry.
  • Event organizers are responsible for verifying final results.
  • Users must ensure lawful processing of participant data.
  • The software must not be used for unlawful purposes.

4. Data storage and deletion

Server-stored event data will be deleted no later than 30 days after event creation. Users are responsible for exporting results before deletion.

5. Liability

General limitation

The provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of service, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.

No liability for scoring or competition results

The provider assumes no liability for the correctness of entered scores, calculated rankings, exported results or published competition standings.

Final verification of results is the sole responsibility of the event organizer. The software serves as a technical aid only and does not replace official validation procedures.

Technical failures

The provider shall not be liable for data loss, synchronization errors, server downtime, transmission failures, device malfunctions, browser incompatibilities or other technical disruptions beyond reasonable control.

Force majeure

No liability shall exist for events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, network outages or governmental actions.

6. Availability

Continuous availability of the service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may lead to temporary interruptions.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights remain with the provider. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be the provider’s registered office.

9. Severability clause

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
